A lot of new coaches think you need a perfect logo, pro photos, and your scheduling software set up before launching your site. Think again! In this video, I’ll share what you actually need to get your site live (spoiler: it’s way less than you think), what you can totally skip for now, and why waiting for “perfect” is just polished procrastination.

Why Coaches Delay Their Launch

Many coaches delay launching their sites not because they’re not ready to coach, but because they feel their website isn’t “ready” yet. The truth is: your future clients don’t care about your exact color hex codes or perfect font pairings. They just want to know what you do and how you can help them.

What You Don’t Need

Here are a few things you can skip for now:
- A custom logo
- Polished brand colors or fonts
- Professional photos
- A fully set-up online scheduler
- A complete brand strategy

These are all nice-to-haves (especially when your business starts growing), but not essentials to launch.

What You Do Need Instead

Here’s what to focus on:
- A clear name and simple font (usually at the top left of your site)
- Black, white, and one accent CTA color (if colors overwhelm you, keep it simple for now)
- A basic picture of yourself (AI tools can help polish it)
- A call-to-action linked to an email or contact form
- A clear statement of who you help and how

The Goal is Clarity, Not Perfection

Your website is not a tattoo. It will grow and evolve with your coaching business. Launching earlier lets you get real feedback based on actual experiences, instead of wasting time guessing.

Personal Example

I used to obsess over a logo—creating more than 40 versions! Today, I don’t even use that logo. That was time wasted, and I don’t want you to fall into the same trap.
