• Kept it simple, skipped the logo. Tara launched without a logo, focusing instead on clarity and credibility—branding can evolve later.

• Linked only to LinkedIn. We kept her social presence focused by linking only to the platform where she's most active and aligned.

• Chose a low-pressure CTA. “Email for more information” let Tara connect with potential clients without needing to set up scheduling software right away. This CTA is repeated across the site for consistency.

• Refined her headshot with AI. Using AI assistance, Tara gave a casual photo a polished, on-brand background that complements her site.

• Selected a clean, friendly style. She chose a simple layout, warm colors, and approachable fonts to reflect her coaching style.

• Spoke to two audiences. With a little guidance, Tara wrote short, focused sections for her two niche groups—so both feel seen.

• Added custom visuals. To break up text and reinforce her brand, we used abstract shapes in her site colors and a green block to echo the greenery in her headshot.

• Handled testimonial growth. We featured her first testimonial and pre-built a second section to expand into a scrolling carousel when she’s ready.

• Offered two ways to connect. Alongside her main CTA, we added a simple contact form for visitors who prefer a different touchpoint.
